About This Template
A simple, effective attendance tracking sheet for teachers, tutors, and group facilitators. Our Classroom Attendance Tracker uses a clean grid format with student names down the left column and dates across the top.
The template accommodates up to 35 students and a full month of class days. Use simple codes: P (Present), A (Absent), L (Late), E (Excused). There's a summary row at the bottom for daily totals and a column on the right for monthly attendance percentages.
Print one sheet per month and keep them in a binder for easy reference during parent conferences or administrative reviews.
