About This Template
Job searching is itself a job — and without a tracking system, applications blur together. Our Job Search Application Tracker keeps every detail organized: company name, position title, application date, contact person, email, phone, salary range, and current status.
The status column uses a clear pipeline: Applied → Phone Screen → Interview 1 → Interview 2 → Offer → Accepted/Declined. There's also space for notes on each application, follow-up dates, and a section to track networking contacts. Print a fresh sheet for every 10 applications and keep them in a binder.
